Compressed Biogas – Business Plan
- Acquire and operationalize 3TPD plant in Bangalore and increase capacity to 10TPD by Nov ’26
- Set up two 7TPD plants in Latur area and increase capacity to 10TPD by July ’27
- Set up 7TPD plant in Karad and increase capacity by March ’27
- Acquire and set up 10TPD plant in Bangalore on MSW and increase to 20TPD by Jul ’27
Biomass Pellet plants
- Set up two Pellet plants in Latur and Nagpur of 50TPD
- Untapped diverse, abundant input feed enable scalability across India
Biomass to H₂, Biochar and other products
- Tie up with IISC for Biomass to H₂ technology and run the test plant for one month
- Create business model on EPC and BOOT/HPA model for specific industries
- Set up business model and operationalise plants for Biochar and other products
